Receptionist/Administrator – term time only 2 SDD + 4 days in August

The Post

We are looking for an experienced and professional Receptionist/Administrator to provide a first class service on Reception starting Wednesday 22 April 2026. Meeting/greeting, telephone duties and processing a wide range of administrative tasks will form the backbone of this role.

Candidates should be well organised, diplomatic, confidential and calm with good interpersonal skills. Excellent IT skills, a sense of humour and a willingness to work as part of a team will be key to ensuring Reception is professionally managed.

This is a term time only role with two staff development days (one at the start of the academic year and the other before/after October half term) + 4 days in August every year (the day that GCSE and A Level results are published and the following day).

37 hours per week; 8am-4pm, Monday to Thursday and 8am-3.30pm Fridays with a 30 minute lunch break.
