We are looking for someone to come and join our team as an office administrator. You will be part of the extremely supportive and friendly admin/welfare team, working alongside our office administrator, family liaison officer and headteacher. The role involves that of receptionist and office administrator to help with the smooth running of our busy school office.
The hours are 24 hours per week: Monday (8am-12:30pm), Tuesday (8am - 4pm), Thursday (8am - 12:30pm) & Friday (8am - 4pm) during term time, plus one week (pro rata) for holiday admin jobs and training. There is a small amount of flexibility with these hours.

We are particularly looking for someone with experience of SIMs, HR administration and liaising with community organisations - although full training would be given to the right candidate. Visits to the school are encouraged and should be arranged through the school office. The position starts as soon as possible, once all safer recruitment checks are complete.
