We are seeking to appoint a Lead Practitioner to strengthen our Science department, starting January 2025. The Lead Practitioner will model exemplary teaching and lead improvements in teaching and learning across the school. They will focus on enhancing teaching skills through modelling, coaching, and training staff.

The Science department is well-equipped with eleven laboratories, supported by three technicians. We teach the AQA and OCR syllabus for KS4 and KS5. Our goal is to fully engage students, ignite curiosity, and help them reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will receive comprehensive support and development opportunities, including line management guidance from the Head of Science and an Assistant Headteacher. We welcome applications from experienced science teachers passionate about student progress. The main campus is in Tunbridge Wells, with work required at other connected campuses.
