Due to continued growth and expansion, Earley Springs School is seeking an enthusiastic, reflective, and committed Communication Regulation Partner (CRP) to join our specialist team from September 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking school that believes in presuming competence, raising aspirations, and creating meaningful opportunities for communication for every child.

At Earley Springs, communication is at the centre of everything we do.

We are embedding Spelling to Communicate (S2C) within our wider communication and curriculum approach and are looking for someone who shares our passion for empowering non‑speaking, minimally speaking, and unreliably speaking young people to access learning, express themselves, and demonstrate their true capabilities.

About the Role As a Communication Regulation Partner, you will work directly alongside pupils and staff to support communication, co‑regulation, engagement, and meaningful access to learning.

You will play an important role in helping to shape and develop communication practice across the school and contribute to a culture of high expectations for every learner.

Training and Development You do not need to hold Communication Regulation Partner (CRP) training or Spelling to Communicate certification to apply for this role.

Earley Springs is committed to investing in the right candidate and will provide training and ongoing professional development to support implementation of Spelling to Communicate within the school.

Why Earley Springs?

Earley Springs is a specialist school built on the belief that communication should never be a barrier to opportunity.

We value innovation, relationships, and a commitment to seeing the potential in every child.

This is a unique opportunity to join us at an exciting stage in our journey and help shape an evolving area of practice within a growing specialist provision.

Interested?

We warmly welcome informal visits and tours from prospective candidates and encourage applicants to come and experience the ethos and environment at Earley Springs first‑hand.

If you are passionate about communication, have high aspirations for young people, and want to be part of an innovative and expanding school community, we would love to hear from you and look forward to receiving your application. #J-18808-Ljbffr
