- passionate about securing positive outcomes for children.
- highly motivated, organised, and flexible to meet children’s needs.
- an effective communicator, skilled in building positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and professionals.
- able to utilise planning and resourcing when covering a class.
- reliable, flexible, and willing to support the school in advancing children’s learning.
The successful candidates will:
- Have a Level 2, or above, qualification in English and Maths.
- Have previous experience working effectively within a school setting.
- Have a good standard of written and spoken English and a general understanding of Maths.
