An opportunity has become available for somebody to join our incredible team at The Academy of Woodlands as we are seeking to recruit a Nursery Officer to work as part of the Rivermead Inclusive Trust. We are looking for a talented and dedicated member of staff who is enthusiastic and can work on their own initiative. All candidates must have an Early Childhood Qualification.

You will:

  • Provide a wide range of exciting and challenging teaching and learning experiences, through well planned, free flow and adult led activities.
  • Duties will include taking on the key person role, carrying out activities, promoting parent partnership with your key children’s families, having an understanding of safeguarding within Early Years & working well as part of a team.
  • Be eager to extend your skills and progress in your career.
  • Be passionate, flexible and proactive in your role.
  • Have good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Be able to work well in a team.
