Elms School seeks a skilled, reflective and relational teacher to lead a new Trauma Informed Pathway within a therapeutic base.

The pathway will support a small group of approximately 6–8 pupils needing a highly personalised SEMH approach.

The successful candidate will deliver direct teaching and work with practitioners to integrate education, regulation and intervention.

Training as a Trauma Informed Practitioner is essential or to begin on appointment.
