We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will be someone who is able to strengthen teaching and learning across the school and is committed to working in a faith school. They will play a strong role in embedding and supporting teaching and learning and hold responsibility for a key area of school improvement. This role will include some class teaching commitment.
The successful applicant will:

- Have experience of leading whole school areas that have had a clear positive and successful impact.
- Follow the policies, processes and expectations of the school to meet the needs of the team and pupils.
- Use expertise, passion and enthusiasm to drive school improvement in a positive manner.

- Deliver and model consistently good and outstanding practice across the primary phase.
- Be part of a team to lead and develop the school in striving to attain high standards of pupil achievement, behaviour and social development.
- Provide guidance and support to other members of staff to achieve and maintain a good quality of teaching and be instrumental in supporting colleagues.
- Work with the rest of the Senior Leadership team in developing and embedding our values, vision and ethos.
- Hold an NPQSL qualification or have experience of middle/senior leadership.
