Leigh Academy Tonbridge is expanding its dedicated team of Cover Supervisors who provide vital support during periods of teacher absence, including PPA cover, school trips, and short-term leave.

The role is available to commence as soon as possible.

You will oversee classrooms during cover periods, ensure students stay engaged, manage behaviour, and provide essential feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress and behaviour.
