The Archbishop's School in Canterbury is seeking a proactive Support Manager for a year group (years 7β11).
You will provide pastoral support, help students manage non-teaching issues, and work with families to improve attendance and wellbeing.
You will also supervise students to ensure safety and behaviour in and around the school day.
The role requires experience in a similar setting, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality.
