We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join our school catering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the preparation and serving of nutritious meals to our pupils in a friendly and welcoming environment. The position is for 16 hrs per week, term time only.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the preparation and serving of school meals
- Setting up and clearing away the dining area before and after meal service, this does include some heavy lifting of the tables and benches
- Cleaning duties, including washing up, maintaining hygiene standards and keeping the kitchen and dining areas tidy
- Supporting the catering team to ensure a smooth and efficient lunchtime service
