Finberry Primary School are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking Intervention Teaching Assistant to support individual and small groups of children. Our school is growing and we are excited to expand our team! You will be working alongside the class teachers and the School SENDCo.

We are looking for teaching assistants who:

  • Recognise that our current education system needs to radically change to better prepare our young people for the 21st century.
  • Are able to take advantage of the latest technology to support modern, 21st century learning.
  • Want to develop their own practice to meet the needs of an evolving school system.
  • Want to develop children as life-long, curious learners.
  • Want to build strong relationships with children that facilitate their learning.
  • Want to teach in enabling environments that promote flexibility, collaboration and independence.

This role is:

  • Term time only working.
  • 30hrs per week.
  • Monday to Friday - 8:45am-3:30pm.
  • Paid at pro rata KSA - approximately £16,880.
  • 43 paid weeks to include 5 weeks holiday pay.
