We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated HLTA to provide targeted intervention support for students in a small secondary all boys SEMH school. The school is a unique and amazing provision for pupils who, through no fault of their own, find themselves in the care system. The staff at the home and school work very closely together, to ensure these young people get every chance to succeed emotionally, socially and academically.
There are never more than 6 boys that the successful candidate would support in this rewarding and exciting role.
