We are seeking a dedicated and creative KS2/KS3 Teacher to join our skilled multidisciplinary team and help shape the learning journey of our pupils. As a teacher in our ASD provision, you will:
- Plan and deliver differentiated, engaging, and accessible lessons across the KS2 and/or KS3 curriculum, tailored to the individual learning profiles of students.
- Foster a positive, nurturing, and structured classroom environment where every child feels safe, understood, and celebrated.
- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other professionals to provide a truly holistic educational experience.
- Contribute to EHCP reviews, behaviour and communication plans, and termly progress reports.
- Promote and embed communication-friendly strategies, sensory regulation, and emotional literacy into daily practice.
- Build strong relationships with families, carers, and external professionals.
