Are you a passionate educator who believes that every child deserves a chance to succeed, regardless of their barriers to learning? We are looking for a dedicated SEND Tutor to join our outreach team, focusing on delivering high-impact Core Subject interventions (English, Maths, and Science) to students who need it most. All roles within the county of Kent - various locations.

The Role

This isn’t your average classroom job. You’ll be working where you’re needed most—in the community, in students' homes, or in alternative learning hubs. Your mission is to re-engage learners with ASD, SEMH, or complex needs who may be out of mainstream education.

  • Tailored Learning: Create and deliver bespoke 1:1 intervention sessions mapped to the core curriculum.

About You

  • Qualified & Experienced: You hold QTS, QTLS, or a high-level tutoring qualification with a proven track record in SEND.

  • Subject Expert: You can make English and Maths accessible, fun, and relevant to everyday life.
  • Mobile: As this is an outreach role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
