About the Role
- Providing tailored support to meet the pupil’s individual learning needs
- Assisting with classroom activities and personalised learning tasks
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement support strategiesEncouraging independence, confidence and engagement throughout the school day
About You
- Patient, empathetic and committed to supporting children with SEND
- Able to build positive relationships and communicate effectively
- Reliable, proactive and willing to learn
- Experienced in SEND support (desirable but not essential)
- Open to training and development — no degree required
