| Basic Function: | Coordinates access support related functions within residence hall buildings. Reports to designated supervisor. |

| Examples of Duties: | Duties/essential functions may include, but not be limited to, the following: Provide support for University Housing access related tasks and projects; including updating and fixing locks. Coordinate day-to-day door access related requests and key card systems. Coordinate support of daily business functions and implementation of programs/projects. Coordinate daily and on-call schedules for student support staff. Perform annual audits of staff and contractor access needs. Oversee student staff projects and task lists including organization of work. Support project coordination and oversight. Coordinate communication to students and staff regarding scheduled work. Assist in the development and implementaion of department policies and procedures. Serve on assigned department, division, and University committees. Provide direct supervision to student employees. Perform related duties as assigned. |

| Minimum Qualifications: | Bachelor's degree. Must be able to work nontraditional hours, including evening and weekends as needed. OR Four years of relevant professional experience working with access control software systems, key kcards printing systems, facilities operations and support, or comparable environment. Must be able to work nontraditional hours, including evening and weekends as needed. License/Certification: None. Knowledge Of: Student housing Access control systems software and card printing Housing facilities operations Skill In: Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication * Customer service orientation Adhering to deadlines Ability To: Respond calmly and quickly to challenging situations Multi-task while managing multiple projects and assignments Work nontraditional hours, including evenings and weekends as needed |
| Preferred Qualifications โ if applicable: | Bachelor's degree in relevant field, such as construction management, business administration, information technology, or project management. Professional work experience in access control systems supporting college student housing. |

| Working Conditions / Physical Requirements: | Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently to move objects. Incumbent may be required to travel from buidling to building frequently and off campus occasionally. |
| Working Schedule: | Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM or otherwise discussed with your supervisor. |
