An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to undertake the role of Practice Nurse within the multi-disciplined Health and Wellbeing Services. The main purpose of this role is to co-ordinate the delivery of medical recruitment activity for the force, undertaking all aspects of routine medical checks, providing advice and guidance on healthy lifestyles and, where appropriate, referring officers and staff for further monitoring or investigation of potential medical conditions.

It is essential that the successful candidate is a Registered General Nurse. This is a highly rewarding yet challenging role that requires the successful candidate to organise and prioritise clinical commitments, therefore strong organisational skills are required, together with the ability to work in a high-activity clinical environment alongside a multi-discipline team. Experience of administering and undertaking a range of clinical functions is essential.

This opportunity would suit a highly motivated and dynamic individual who can bring their wide experience to the role.

Kent Police offer incremental increases within this salary band, therefore the salary for this position will rise to a maximum of £47,505.00.
