Kent Brewery in West Malling is seeking a Brewery Assistant / 2nd Brewer to join a small, hands-on team focused on craft beer production.

This full-time, on-site role supports wort production, fermentation, cellar work, and packaging across cask, keg and bottling.

The incumbent will monitor quality, record brewing data, handle malt and hops, and assist with health and safety compliance while working closely with the Head Brewer on recipe testing and stock management.
