We are seeking a friendly, professional and highly organised Prep School Receptionist and Administrator to join our dedicated administration team. This is a pivotal role within the school, providing a warm and welcoming reception service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the Prep School office. As the first point of contact for parents, pupils, staff and visitors, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for all who visit or contact the school. Working closely with the administration team, you will provide high-quality administrative support, manage enquiries efficiently and help ensure the effective running of the school office. The team consists of an Executive Team's PA, Office Manager, Whole School Administrator, Senior School Morning Receptionist and Library Assistant and Senior School Afternoon Receptionist. The successful candidate will be personable, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate:

- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
- The ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively.

- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a busy administration team.

Kent College Pembury operates its own salary scale. The position salary will be FTE Β£26,227.50 pro rata Β£20,882.07 (actual salary).
