We're looking to connect with experienced Lead Fluid Mechanics Engineers who can offer ad-hoc, project‑specific expertise. Engagement can be via Limited Company or PAYE on a zero‑hour basis. While immediate work may not be available, we're keen to build a pipeline of interested specialists for future support.

Experience of CFD modelling safety studies using STAR‑CCM+, FLACS or similar. Strong understanding of the fundamentals of fluid mechanics and heat transfer.

  • Desirable: experience in the energy industry and/or consultancy setting.
  • Required: CFD experience in gas dispersion, fire or blast modelling, exhaust dispersion modelling.

Master's Degree (MEng or equivalent) in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
