This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced team completing urgent assessments for children and young people in need of psychiatric care; therefore, car transportation is essential. The team operates 24/7 working mixed shift patterns of days, nights and weekends. Working shifts, you can enjoy great work-life balance with 3 long days on and 4 days off, perfect for those where 9-5 doesn't complement your personal life.
As an assessment team, we complete comprehensive and robust assessments, providing onward signposting. In complex cases, we convene a network around the child to support system working to ensure the right support is available to the child and family. We work closely with NHS 111, Intensive Home Treatment Team, Kent.
