Are you looking for a meaningful new challenge in mental health care? We are looking for a passionate and forward‑thinking Registered Nurse or Occupational Therapist to join our innovative team and help us shape the future of mental health services.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, and deliver care using the Open Dialogue approach, working with individuals and their family or social networks to co‑produce care through network meetings and ensuring shared decision‑making.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of Open Dialogue across the Trust, supporting research, training, and service transformation aligned with the Community Mental Health Framework.
  • Support colleagues, supervise staff and students, and promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  • Take clinical leadership responsibilities as Lead Health Care Professional, maintaining accurate records, coordinating care and ensuring compliance with governance, safeguarding and the Care Act 2014.
  • Deliver person‑centred mental health care using the Open Dialogue model with service users and their social networks, including those who would normally receive treatment from Home Treatment Teams (HTT) and Mental Health Together+ (MHT+).
  • Contribute to service development, support organisational transformation, and ensure safe, effective, and compliant practice.
  • Focus on collaborative, network‑based care that promotes recovery, inclusion and wellbeing.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Full, valid UK driving licence and access to a car or vehicle for business purposes, unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010.
  • Ability to travel between bases in Kent and Medway and to out‑of‑area Kent and Medway patients in a timely manner.
