Our Medway Towns Music Centre is a vibrant hub for musical creativity, where students and ensembles come together to create, learn, and perform. We are looking for a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to join our team and play a key role in this exciting environment on Saturdays from 8.00am – 1.30pm. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate team dedicated to making a difference through music education.

Your Role

  • Welcoming and Assisting: Greeting students, parents, and teachers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Link Between Venue and Kent Music: Acting as a crucial point of contact between our venue and the Kent Music team.
  • Attendance Monitoring: Keeping track of participant attendance to support our ensembles and music tuition effectively.
  • Health and Safety: Ensuring a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
