We are looking for a practical and organised Music Resources Technician to join our team at Kent Music. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving and working both independently and as part of a team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our instruments are in excellent condition and ready to support schools and learners across Kent and Medway. This is an exciting opportunity to enter the world of music education and play a crucial supporting role.
Your role:
- Repairing, servicing and preparing a wide range of musical instruments for hire
- Managing stock and maintaining accurate records
- Delivering and collecting instruments safely and efficiently, including vehicle loading
- Supporting warehouse operations, ensuring organisation and health and safety compliance
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience or practical skills in instrument repair/maintenance (particularly strings and electronics) and an interest in music
- Strong communication and organisational skills
