Job summary
Our Ashford Music Centre is a vibrant hub for musical creativity, where our students come together to create, learn, and perform. We are looking for a dynamic and friendly Music Centre Receptionist to join our team and play a key role in this exciting environment on Wednesdays from 3:45pm – 7:30pm.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate team dedicated to making a difference through music education.
About the role
As the welcoming face of our Ashford Music Centre, you will be instrumental in creating a positive experience for our students, teachers, and visitors. You will handle a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Welcoming and Assisting: Greeting students, parents, and teachers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Link Between Venue and Kent Music: Acting as a crucial point of contact between our venue and the Kent Music team.
- Attendance Monitoring: Keeping track of participant attendance.
- Health and Safety: Ensuring a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
