We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Practice Nurse to join our friendly team. Springhead Health is a large GMS practice, serving 22,000 patients. This role is for 28.5 hours, worked over 3 days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality patient care, including chronic disease management, vaccinations, and health checks.
  • Supporting patient education and promoting wellness.
  • Assisting with clinical procedures and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with NMC registration.
  • Experience in primary care.
  • Experience in QOF.
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
