We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Practice Nurse to join our friendly team. Springhead Health is a large GMS practice, serving 22,000 patients. This role is for 28.5 hours, worked over 3 days.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality patient care, including chronic disease management, vaccinations, and health checks.
- Supporting patient education and promoting wellness.
- Assisting with clinical procedures and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with NMC registration.
- Experience in primary care.
- Experience in QOF.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
