Kent Local Medical Committee in Deal is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Prescribing Clinical Pharmacist to join our expanding multidisciplinary team. You will be the primary point of contact for patients with routine and complex medication queries, manage long-term conditions, and undertake structured medication reviews (SMRs).
Work closely with GP Partners and the wider clinical team to ensure safe, rational, and cost-effective prescribing across the practice.
