Reach Healthcare are a progressive, multi-site practice located in Medway, serving over 33,000 patients across Walderslade, Lordswood, and Gillingham. Our large and friendly team consists of four dedicated GP partners, supported by salaried GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Paramedics, a Physician Associate, Clinical Pharmacists, and an experienced practice nursing team managing most long-term conditions. The clinical team is backed by a senior management team including a Business & Finance Manager, two Operational Managers and Department Team Leads. Our efficient administrative functions, including hubs for prescribing, secretarial tasks, and Docman, help minimise the clinical team’s administrative workload.
We have care coordinators who provide personalised care to key patient groups, such as those on the palliative care register and patients with learning disabilities. Rated “Good” by the CQC, we are a high-achieving QOF practice, demonstrating our organisational excellence and proactive patient care. We offer community services like Minor Surgery, LARC, and ECGs, with plans to expand our specialist services, offering opportunities for professional development.
Our appointment system features a digital front door via the Anima online consultation tool. All appointment requests are GP‑triaged to ensure timely and appropriate clinical care. We are seeking to expand our salaried GP team. As a training practice, we welcome applications from both experienced and newly qualified GPs and offer both full‑time and part‑time positions. As a salaried GP with Reach Healthcare, you will work autonomously, providing excellent patient care. We are a tier 2 sponsor, and would consider a GP on a tier 2 visa.
What we offer:
- 15‑minute appointments for complex patients.
- Weekly clinical meetings.
- Free on‑site parking.
- Support from a large, experienced clinical team.
- Career progression with opportunities for developing specialist interests.
