The Westerham Practice is a rather special place to work; Our practice has for over 100 years cared for the 8,500 residents of Westerham and Sundridge. Over the last five years our patient care has been underpinned by our current clinical pharmacist. As they have developed within our practice offering a wider range of clinical care this has created an opportunity for a second pharmacist to join our team.
Our team is 5 GP Partners, 4 salaried GP’s and ANP supported by an excellent nursing and administration team.
The role is expected to be part time between 15-20 hours per week and can be flexible part remote and part face to face and the remote can be outside of core hours if required.
