Job Description
EAPL (European Active Projects Ltd) is seeking a skilled and motivated Steel Draftsman to join our expanding team.
This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in structural and architectural steel detailing and fabrication drawings across commercial and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality GA, fabrication and erection drawings in line with project specifications.
- Interpret structural and architectural drawings accurately.
- Liaise with engineers, project managers and fabrication teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Prepare material lists and update drawings as required throughout project stages.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant industry standards and company procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in structural steel drafting/detailing (minimum 1 year).
- Proficiency in Revit, Tekla Structures or equivalent software.
- Strong technical understanding of steel fabrication and construction processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
