The Stock Condition Surveyor will be part of the Housing Asset department, responsible for delivering high quality, cost-effective planned works, repairs, compliance, and decarbonisation improvements to the housing stock.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality surveying and capital investment services that respond to customer, organisational, and financial needs within regulatory requirements.
- Undertake surveys and produce reports relating to the condition of the stock, to inform strategic decisions.
- Assess and ascertain the age and lifetime of key building components (roof, windows, kitchens, bathrooms).
- Evaluate property condition, safety, and energy performance.
