Responsibilities

  • To work as part of a team of Independent Living Housing Officers to provide an effective customer focused service to identified older persons within our specialist housing and general needs.
  • Ensure that the service is delivered within a clear outcomes framework, with emphasis on independence.

Qualifications

  • This role is subject to a DBS check.

Shift Pattern

  • Wednesday 1:30pm – 5pm
  • Thursday 9am – 5pm
  • Friday 8:30am – 4:15pm
