The opportunity As Director of Strategic Asset Management, you’ll lead the development and delivery of our long-term asset strategy, ensuring our homes are fit for the future, meet regulatory expectations, support our ambitions for net zero and sustainability all whilst supporting Moats continued financial strength. You’ll oversee major investment programmes, including retrofit and planned works, ensuring value for money, operational excellence, and outstanding customer outcomes.
