Maidstone Borough Council invites you to apply for the position of Accommodation Officer. The role provides excellent housing services to residents across all tenures of our housing portfolio, including temporary accommodation, social and affordable homes, and homes resourced on the open market through our Maidstone Property Holdings organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, handling tenancy management, income management, and repairs reporting.
  • Manage void turnaround and tenancy enforcement processes.
  • Handle lettings management and any complaints handling.
  • Collaborate with specialist internal teams to develop solutions for customers and own the designated patch.

Contract Details

Full‑time position (37 hours per week) on a permanent contract.
