We are now looking for an exceptional Director of Strategic Asset Management to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our property portfolio and enhancing the lives of our customers. This is a rare opportunity to join our senior leadership team in a role that combines strategic influence, innovation, and visible leadership, with the autonomy to make a lasting difference at scale.

The opportunity: As Director of Strategic Asset Management, you’ll lead the development and delivery of our long-term asset strategy, ensuring our homes are fit for the future, meet regulatory expectations, support our ambitions for net zero and sustainability all whilst supporting Moat's continued financial strength. You’ll oversee major investment programmes, including retrofit and planned works, ensuring value for money, operational excellence, and outstanding customer outcomes. Working closely with the Board, Executive Team, and key stakeholders, you’ll provide critical insight, assurance, and leadership across the organisation.
