Role Summary

Working with Asset Investment colleagues and under the direction of the Senior Project Manager, the apprenticeship will be for the duration of 24 months and will include working as part of the Asset Investment team, which delivers planned repair and improvement programmes and maintains our property database. You will liaise with internal and external customers and service providers. The apprenticeship will provide you with a structured learning path to gain practical experience across various building surveying functions while learning essential skills in organisation, communication, and project coordination. Under the guidance of experienced team members, you will provide technical support in the delivery of those programmes.
