The Role
Reporting to the Head of Development Projects and Quality, you’ll lead the successful delivery of new build housing developments from contract start through to handover. You’ll ensure every scheme is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest possible quality, while meeting the needs of our customers, partners, and regulators.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of new build housing developments, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality outcomes.
- Manage and develop a team of four Delivery Project Managers, driving performance and consistency across all projects.
- Collaborate with partners, regulators, and internal teams to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Shape high‑quality housing schemes and influence how homes are delivered across communities.
