Town and Country Housing is recruiting a Property Officer to join the Contracts & Compliance team. You will help manage damp and mould responses and other housing hazards under Awaab's Law, ensuring residents live in safe, healthy homes and supporting regulatory compliance.
You will work with colleagues across the business to monitor completed works, coordinate inspections, assist with complaint handling and contribute to service improvement through proactive, customer‑focused solutions.
