We are looking for two experienced Multi Trade Operative (Plasterer) to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused plastering service across our social housing stock. You will work on responsive repairs, emergency jobs, void properties and minor planned works, ensuring homes are safe, habitable, compliant and finished to a high standard. This is a hands-on role where pride in workmanship, right-first-time repairs and excellent customer service are key.
Responsibilities
- Delivering responsive and emergency plastering repairs within agreed timescales
- Carrying out a range of plastering works, including:
- Internal wall and ceiling repairs
- Skimming and patch plastering
- Making good following plumbing, electrical and building works
- Background preparation (bonding, boarding and sealing)
- Rendering and external patch repairs where required
