Join us and help bring our culture to life
At Moat, we’re on an exciting journey. We’ve launched a new corporate strategy, introduced our Moat Offer, refreshed our website and are preparing to launch a new repairs service. As we continue to evolve, our Communications team are expanding, and we have a number of exciting new roles. We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Internal Communications Officer to help keep colleagues informed, engaged and connected.
Internal communications is about much more than sharing information. It’s about building understanding, strengthening culture and helping people feel part of something meaningful. If you’re a strong writer who can turn complex information into clear, engaging content and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
The role
As our Internal Communications Officer, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality communications that support colleague engagement across the organisation.
You’ll create compelling content, support communication campaigns and events, and help maintain our intranet as a trusted source of information. Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll ensure important messages are communicated clearly, consistently and effectively.
