Kent Housing Group is seeking an Estate Services Officer to help keep estates safe, clean, and well maintained by conducting regular inspections of communal areas, identifying maintenance, cleanliness or health and safety concerns. You will coordinate repairs and support improvements across our neighbourhoods.
You will work with residents, contractors, and internal teams, attend estate walkabouts and resident meetings, address estate-related concerns, and help maintain welcoming and attractive environments.
