As an Estate Services Officer, you will help ensure our estates remain safe, clean, and well maintained by carrying out regular inspections of communal areas and identifying any maintenance, cleanliness or health and safety concerns.
Working closely with residents, contractors, and internal teams, you will coordinate the resolution of issues, carry out minor repairs where appropriate, and support improvements across our neighbourhoods.
You will provide a responsive and customer‑focused service, attending estate walkabouts and resident meetings, addressing estate‑related concerns, and helping to build positive relationships within our communities.
You will also monitor estates for anti‑social behaviour, safeguarding concerns, and tenancy breaches, reporting issues through the appropriate channels while helping to maintain welcoming and attractive places for our residents to live.
