We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Empty Homes Officer to help bring our empty properties back into use quickly and to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
- Manage empty homes from tenancy end through to re-let, working closely with internal teams and contractors to reduce turnaround times and void loss.
- Monitor progress, attend weekly void meetings, coordinate utilities, support decants, and ensure homes meet our Home Standard.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organisational skills, experience delivering a customer-focused service.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident IT skills.
- A full driving licence with access to a car.
