The opportunity:
- As Director of Strategic Asset Management, you’ll lead the development and delivery of our long-term asset strategy, ensuring our homes are fit for the future, meet regulatory expectations, support our ambitions for net zero and sustainability, all whilst supporting Moat's continued financial strength.
- You’ll oversee major investment programmes, including retrofit and planned works, ensuring value for money, operational excellence, and outstanding customer outcomes.
- Working closely with the Board, Executive Team, and key stakeholders, you’ll provide critical insight, assurance, and leadership across the organisation.
