We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our Property Team and support the Senior Contract Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to become a key member of the property team, addressing day‑to‑day issues, communicating with tenants, raising works orders on the system and providing administrative support. You will assist with contracts, including door and window programmes, cyclical decorations, and servicing of disability aids and equipment.
