We are looking for an organised and customer-focused professional to support the delivery of Disabled Facilities Grants, home adaptations, loans, and related services. The role is key to helping vulnerable people maintain their independence by providing practical guidance, coordinating adaptations, and managing cases from referral through to completion.
What You’ll Do
- You will manage customers through the Disabled Facilities Grant and home adaptation process, providing support, advice, and guidance from initial enquiry to completion.
