Kent County Council is recruiting a full-time Social Worker for the East Young People’s Team.
Hybrid working with offices at Brook House, Whitstable or St Peter’s House, Broadstairs, covering Canterbury and Thanet.
You will assess and support disabled young people aged 18–25 to achieve independence, with involvement in Care Act and Mental Capacity assessments.
Applicants must hold a Social Work degree, be registered with Social Work England and have post-qualification experience.
