Exciting opportunities have arisen to work in the Environment and Circular Economy as a Technical Support Officer with a focus on business administration support. We are looking for a motivated individual who is keen to demonstrate their administration experience in a customer-oriented environment.
As the first point of contact for our team, you\'ll play a crucial role in delivering top-notch customer service and administrative support. Your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks such as customer service, clerical duties, and financial management support, ensuring our Resource Management and Circular Economy Team operates smoothly. A significant task will involve managing vehicle vouchers, requiring you to handle urgent enquiries in a time-sensitive environment.
In this role, you\'ll need excellent interpersonal, complaint handling, and communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse range of internal and external customers and stakeholders. Confidence with IT systems and processes is also essential.
This permanent, full-time position offers the flexibility of hybrid working, allowing you to work both from the office at Sessions House, Maidstone, and from home.
