Kent County Council is seeking two Best Start Inclusion Practitioners to join the Swale Family Hub team. You will deliver targeted support to 0–11 year olds, with a focus on 0–5, working with families and partner agencies to promote positive outcomes.
The roles are based in Sittingbourne with district-wide coverage. One full-time (37 hours) and one part-time (18.5 hours) position will require flexible hours, including evenings, to meet needs of families and services.
